Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any items within 15 days of purchase. Please notify us by phone or e-mail within 24 hours if there is a problem. Sorry, no refunds. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the bill of sale. Any exchange includes the price of the merchandise only and does not include shipping or insurance. Customer pays return shipping and insurance. If you need to ship an item back to us, please pack it up as carefully as it was packed when you received it, and if it was insured by us for its trip out to you, you will need to insure it as it comes back to us. When it comes back to us in perfect condition we will be glad to credit you the value of the merchandise against any exchange you choose to make. Shipping
“Free Shipping” promotions are for the Contiguous 48 U.S. States only (USPS Priority).
Packages valued at $500 and up will require a signature for delivery. We also reserve the right to require a signature for delivery at our discretion. We generally ship items within 3 business days of receiving the order. We ship using USPS Priority or UPS. USPS can deliver packages up to 70 pounds. UPS can deliver packages up to 150 pounds The shipping calculator on the website accurately calculates shipping charges to your destination for packaged items weighing up to 150 lbs. All items on this site that weigh more than 150 pounds when packaged will be charged a freight fee which will be determined at the time of sale and will be added to the total cost. Please contact us about freight.
Customers from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and other U.S. territories may contact us about additional shipping options before checking out. These areas are not eligible for free shipping.
Very Large Items
For our extremely large items (items over 150 pounds when packaged) we will ship using a common carrier shipper in the continental USA with the customer being responsible for all freight charges. International Orders will be contacted and billed for freight and any landing taxes and duties that may be incurred in the shipping cost.
Insurance
We feel strongly that every shipment needs to be insured. We will insure your shipment for the full invoiced value of the merchandise, no exceptions. As the consignee, it is your responsibility to check the condition of your shipment as soon as you receive it. You need to open and inspect the contents of your box while the carrier is still present. Most insurance claims will not be honored if you take your box home unopened and try to report damage at a later date. Points of Light will not be a party to any claim if you do not carefully open and inspect your package with the freight carrier also present to verify condition of the merchandise.
International Shipments
If you need an item shipped to a destination outside the continental United States, please call or e-mail us and we will get you our best and most reasonable shipping and insurance quote. We report full invoiced value on all customs forms, no exceptions. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Germany. Please feel free to contact us with any further shipping questions.

Other
In the unlikely event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price.
